How to make mini individual pizzas with fun shapes for a carnival party
We begin by extending the mass of Pizza on the counter that we will have sprinkled with a little flour . With the cutters, we mark the different shapes of our mini individual pizzas: stars, flowers, trees, circles, anything goes.
With a spoon, cover each dough with a little bit of fried tomato and sprinkle with string cheese, preferably mozzarella. Now, with patience, it's time to distribute the fillings.
We place a few slices of chorizo and a few pieces of ham of York in the different mini pizzas, so that you can choose between the two flavors and place them on a baking tray, as we finish them.
We bake at 200º for about 10 minutes, watching so they do not burn. If we want to make them in advance because we are not going to serve them immediately, we can remove them from the oven at 8 minutes and finish baking them in a preheated oven when the snack time arrives.
